We are a mobile car detailing service operating across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, and we handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s federal privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Information we collect
When you request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and service address. When you book through our online scheduling tool (Calendly), that booking is processed directly by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, we also automatically collect some technical information when you browse our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, through the analytics and site tools described below.
Cookies and tracking tools we use

We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, schedule and deliver detailing services, communicate with you about your appointment, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.
Text and email communications
If you provide your phone number or email when requesting a quote or booking a service, we may contact you to confirm, schedule, or follow up on that request. We only send marketing messages, such as promotions or seasonal reminders, if you’ve consented to receive them, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribing, or contacting us directly.
How long we keep your information
We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to any legal or business record-keeping obligations we may have. To make a request, call or text 647-325-1697. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children’s privacy
Our services and website are intended for adults arranging vehicle detailing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our booking process requires the requester to be an adult authorized to arrange service for the vehicle.
